Highway

The Town of Cape Vincent Highway Department is responsible for all the general maintenance of the Town and County roads in Cape Vincent. During the winter months the crew is ready for plowing and ice control at any hour on the State, County and Town roads. During the other seasons work is done on roads, ditches, culverts, signs and of course, preparation for winter.

Superintendent Dan Hubbard coordinates the work for the crew and oversees the Highway Department. He also attends yearly training schools and sees that his crew gets the training they need to do their jobs safely and the right way. He can be reached at (315) 654-2471 or email.
