Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals is a 5 member Board with 2 alternates. The members of the Zoning Board are all residents of Cape Vincent and are appointed by the Town Board.

The Zoning Board meets the first Monday of the month at 6pm in the Board room of the Town Office Building, 1964 NYS Rte 12E, Cape Vincent, NY. They hear appeals (variances) and follow the town zoning law.
