The 2003 Joint Comprehensive Plan for the Village and Town of Cape Vincent was formally adopted by both the Village and Town. It represents the master plan for our community and is the foundation for zoning law. The 2003 Joint Plan was used as the basis for the revision and update of the 2012 Joint Plan that will be posted at this site on or around June 5, 2012.
