The Town of Cape Vincent Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at Recreation Park on So. James Street, Cape Vincent, to consider the application of Gregory Wegman & Johanna Potter.

Mr. Wegman & Ms. Potter are requesting a 7-foot side setback variance from the Zoning Law, Section 3.3, paragraphs 2 (table 3), for the placement of a deck that would align with the existing cottage at 8711 Number 3 Road, Cape Vincent, NY 13618 (Tax Map #30.09-1-60).

The Town of Cape Vincent Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 7 p.m. at Recreation Park on So. James Street, Cape Vincent, to consider the application of Caroline Knecht.

The applicant is requesting approval for a Minor Subdivision at 6059 Gosier Road, Cape Vincent  (Tax Map#: 40.25-1-63.1).  The applicant is proposing to divide a 38.84-acre lot into 5 lots of 1.09-acres, 1.05-acres, 10.24-acres, 3.99-acres, and 22.47-acres.

The applicant is requesting approval for a Site Plan Review at 33596 County Route 4, Cape Vincent  (Tax Map#: 41.00-1-22 and 41.00-1-39.2).  The applicant is proposing to turn their horse barn into “Absolute Breeze Stables Event Center” to hold events such as weddings and company functions.
