NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

          The Town of Cape Vincent Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday March 6, 2023 at 6:00p, at the Recreation Park on 602 So. James Street, Cape Vincent to consider the application of Edward Albro, Shawn Albro trustee.

          Mr. Albro is seeking an area variance for a ¾ acre subdivision (Tax Map 59.08-1-19.12).
