We reserve the right to refuse to accept trash that contains recycling material.  Persons enter the transfer site at their own risk.  Please be aware that this is only a guideline for both you and employees, it does not cover all items.  The Town reserves the right to refuse any items such as lead paint, pesticides, mattresses, boats, asbestos or dangerous or illegal items.
