The Town of Cape Vincent Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 7 p.m. at Recreation Park on So. James Street, Cape Vincent, to consider the application of Kam-in-far, LLC (Mary and Neale Farrell).
The applicant is requesting approval for a minor subdivision at County Rte 6, Cape Vincent NY 13618 (tax map #49.06-1-30.1). The applicant would like to divide a 35-acre lot into 2 lots of 5.5-acres and 30-acres.
Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person, or by attorney, or by other representation. Town Board Special Meeting May 2, 2024
The Cape Vincent Town Board will hold a special meeting on Thursday May 2, 2024 at 6:30pm in the Town Office Building, 1964 NYS Rte. 12E. The purpose of the meeting is to pass the BOND resolution for the Club Street Project and any other business that may come before the board.
