Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of Cape Vincent Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 7 p.m. at Recreation Park on So. James Street, Cape Vincent, to consider the application of St. Lawrence Seaway RSA Cellular Partnership.
The applicant is requesting approval for a site plan review at 8775 County Route 9, Cape Vincent, NY (TI Highschool) (tax map #30.00-1-14). The applicant would like to install a Verizon cellular communications tower.
Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person, or by attorney, or by other representation. If one does not wish to appear in person, comments or concerns regarding the application may be sent by email to mbouchard@townofcapevincent.org, by mail to PO Box 915, Cape Vincent, NY 13618, or in the mail slot at the Town of Cape Vincent offices.
