Town Board Participates in Joint Meeting
The Cape Vincent Town Board will participate in a joint meeting with the Village of Cape Vincent at 5pm on April 10 in the Recreation Park Building, 602 S. James St, Cape Vincent. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss: RFP for Planner Position, LWRP, and Club St project.
Zoning Officer’s Office Hours
The Cape Vincent Zoning Officer will hold Office Hours on Fridays from 8:30am until 12noon beginning March 21, 2025.
Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of Cape Vincent Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 12, 2025, at 7 p.m. at Recreation Park on So. James Street, Cape Vincent, to consider the application of Donald Munro.
The applicant is requesting approval for a Minor Subdivision at 9308 Cemetery Road, Cape Vincent (Tax Map#: 41.00-1-41.1). The applicant is proposing to divide an 87.3-acre lot into 1 lot of 13.02-acres and the owner is retaining 74.28-acres.

The detailed Annual Financial Report of the Supervisor of the Town of Cape Vincent for the year ending December 31, 2024 has been filed with the State Comptroller. A copy of the report is on file at my office, 1964 NYS Rte. 12E, Cape Vincent, where it is public record and is available for inspection by any interested persons during the regular office hours Monday – Thursday 9am-3pm and Friday 9am-12pm
